Yesterday Zombie posted a picture on his FaceBook page of Lew Temple from his new film ’31’. In the comments on the post many fans asked about a sequel to ‘Lords of Salem’ and Zombie answered. One fan wrote “Lords of Salem 2, when can we expect it?” Another fan commented would never happen because the first didn’t do well, Zombie responded “Actually Lords was the most successful film I’ve had on DVD,” He continued “so another one could be done for sure.” It is unknown if Zombie already has plans for a sequel to ‘The Lords of Salem’ or if it is simply a possibility.
In ‘The Lords of Salem’ Zombie’s wife, Sheri Moon plays the role of Heidi, a radio DJ spelled by a coven of witches. The final scenes of the movie show a mass suicide, but Heidi goes missing, leaving her character open to continue in another film.
