According to Variety, James Franco is producing the movie adaption of Alex Marwood’s novel ‘The Killer Next Door’ under the banner of their Rabbit Bandini Productions company.

The story follows six neighbors forced into an alliance to survive, not realizing that one of them is a killer, who will do what ever it takes to protect their secret.

Franco will only be serving as producer and will not appear in the movie. ‘Jobs’ actress Ahna O’Reilly will play the lead role in ‘The Killer Next Door’.
