People heading to the Republican National Convention in Ohio this July have a special opportunity to rent the childhood home of notorious serial killer Jeffery Dahmer. The real estate company Howard Hanna is renting out the three-bedroom house, 25 miles south of Cleveland, for a whooping $8,000 for the week.
Dahmer, known as “The Milkwaukee Cannibal”, committed his first kill in the home. He was only 18 when he murdered a hitchhiker and disposed of the body in the woods behind the house.
Dahmer went on to kill 16 more men and boys. He was a sex offender, a cannibal and a necrophiliac. He often drilled holes in many of his later victims, then poured acid and other chemicals in to their heads in hopes of creating the perfect zombie. After his victims died he would keep body parts to consume. He also kept several victim’s heads and other body parts and photos as trophies.
August 22, Dahmer was charged with 15 counts of murder. He was sentenced to 15 consecutive life sentences on February 17, 1992. He was killed in prison by another inmate on November 28, 1994.
