Director Chris Wedge, with the help of an amazing group of visual effects artists, brings to life a group of monster trucks to life in the appropriately titled film Monster Trucks, which arrives in theaters in 3D on January 13, 2007. The film is filled with action that will be fun for the whole family.
Synopsis:
Looking for a way to get away from life and the town he was born into, Tripp (Lucas Till), a high school senior, builds a Monster Truck from bits and pieces of scrapped cars. After an accident at a nearby oil-drilling site displaces a strange subterranean creature with a taste and talent for speed, Tripp may have just found the key to getting out of town and a most unlikely friend.
Till co-stars alongside Jane Levy, Amy Ryan, Barry Pepper, Rob Lowe, Danny Glover, Holt McCallany, Samara Weaving, Frank Whaley and Thomas Lennon. Jonathan Aibel and Glenn Berger serve as executive producer for Monster Trucks.
