Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Partners has begun development on an alien-invasion film titled The Fall, based on the script penned by Pete Bridges.
The story centers on a divorced couple traveling on foot from downtown Atlanta to the suburbs during an alien-invasion. The couple are trying to make their way to where their young children are, at home alone.
There have been no cast or a director announced at this point, but we will let know when we learn more. Madhouse Entertainment’s Adam Kolbrenner will produce, with Robyn Meisinger, also of Madhouse, serving as executive producer.
