‘Annabelle’ director John Leonetti’s upcoming genre film ‘Wish Upon’, written by Barbara Marshall, has unveiled it’s first trailer.
Starring ‘The Conjuring’ actress Joey King, Ryan Phillippe, Shannon Purser, Elisabeth Rohm, and Sydney Park of ‘The Walking Dead’, the film centers on a 16-year-old girl (King) who finds a magic box that vows it will grant every wish she has ever dreamed of. But soon she discovers that each wish comes at a horrible cost, it is a horror film after all.
The release date for ‘Wish Upon’ has been set for June 30, 2017, from Broad Green Pictures, meaning that it will face off against ‘Amityville: the Awakening‘ in theaters.
