Darren Lynn Bousman (Saw 2-4, Abattoir) will be in the director’s chair for the female-driven psychological thriller ‘St. Agatha’, penned by Andy Demetrio, Sara Sometti Michaels, Shaun Fletcher, and Clint Sears.
Deadline reports that Bousman will begin filming this week in Atlanta, Georgia. At the moment plot details for the film is being kept mostly under wraps.
I have always been drawn to the narratives with strong female characters. In St. Agatha the writers have constructed a literal convent of interesting and unique women put in dramatic, suspenseful and even tragic positions. Bousman stated.
Seth Michaels, Kevin Traier, Sara Sometti Michaels, Rick Le, Shaun Fletcher, Andy Demetrio, Philip Bedrin, and Kimberly Bedrin are serving as executive producers for ‘St. Agatha’, with Srdjan Stakic producing.
