From writer-director Ana Lily Amirpour (A Girl Walks Home Alone At Night) comes the post-apocalyptic film ‘The Bad Batch’, a movie set in a world filled with violence, cannibals, cults, bad guys, and thieves. It gives off a serious ‘Mad Max’ meets ‘The Hills Have Eyes’ feel and we like it. I mean come on, a shirtless Momoa as an ass-kicking bad man? Yes, please!
The film, a “dystopian love story in a Texas wasteland, is set in a Texas wasteland in a community of cannibals”, has some serious star power including names like Jason Momoa, Keanu Reeves, Jim Carey, Diego Luna, Giovanni Ribisi, and Suki Waterhouse.
Don’t miss ‘The Bad Batch’ in theaters on June 23rd from Neon.
