12 Monkeys actress Emily Hampshire will star as the lead in Gail Harvey’s suspense thriller Never Saw It Coming, Deadline reports.
Hampshire will play the role of opportunistic psychic Keisha Ceylon, who finds herself caught in the middle of a small town murder case and must find a way out before it’s too late.
Set to begin filming in Sudbury, Ontario next week, the film is an adaption of Linwood Barclay’s 2013 novel. Telefilm Canada is producing with Marina Cordoni. Jay Firestone serves as executive producer.
