The Nun has claimed another new cast member. We announced last week that Belgian actor Jonas Bloquet had joined the cast of the spin-off of The Conjuring 2. Today news comes, via THR, that Charlotte Hope will now co-star alongside Bloquet, Demián Birchir, Taissa Framiga and Bonnie Aarons who will reprise her role as the demonic nun.

Hope currently plays the role of Myranda, the twisted lover of Ramsey Bolton, on the hit series Games of Thrones. In The Nun she will play Sister Victoria, a nun haunted by a demonic presence.
The Nun centers on the evil entity faced by Ed and Lorraine Warren in The Conjuring 2 and will serve as a prequel. Bichir will play Father Burke who is dispatched by Rome to investigate the mysterious death of a nun.
Corin Hardy is directing from the script penned by James Wan and Gary Dauberman. Wan and Peter Safran are producing the film which begins production this week in Romania and will open in theaters nationwide on July 13, 2018.
