The first season of Stranger Things saw a deadly creature unleashed and child go missing. Now, the “Upside Down” is growing and the small town of Hawkins, Indiana is in its path. This time it will impossible to keep it a secret. The gorgeous new poster reveals a huge monster on the horizon.
More details are expected to be unveiled at San Diego Comic-Con during the Stranger Things panel on July 22nd, possibly including the new trailer which Horror Fuel will share the moment it is available.
Season one starred Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Finn Wolfhard, Millie Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Natalia Dyer, Noah Schnapp, Cara Buono, Charlie Heaton, and Mattew Modine, who will be reprising their roles this season. Several new cast members have joined the cast including Sean Astin, Dacre Montgomery, Sadie Sink, and Paul Riser.
This first season centered on a young boy who disappeared. His family and friends set out on desperate search. The boys friends are drawn into a dark supernatural mystery involving top-secret experiments, the government, and a terrifying monster. The boys discover a mysterious little girl known only as Eleven, who has strange powers. With her help the boys and two of the adults enter a dark place known as “The Upside Down” to find the missing kid.
Season two of Stranger Things will premiere on Netflix on October 27, 2017.
