There are few holiday films loved like Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas. Fans would have loved to seen the story continue, but for some reason the film never got a sequel. But after nearly 25 years we will finally get more, in the form of a comic/Magna series, THR is reporting.
Tokyopop will publish the series, titled ‘Nightmare Before Christmas: Zero’s Journey’, written by DJ Milky, featuring art by Studio DICE.
As you can tell by the title, the books will center on Jack Skellington’s dog Zero as he gets lost far from home, in Christmas Town.

The site reports “The format of the project will be unusual for the publisher; it will initially be serialized as full-color single issues released to comic book stores, before being collected in two different formats simultaneously, in full-color trade paperbacks and black and white pocket-sized manga volumes,”
