After 14 years the next installment of the Jeepers Creepers franchise is headed our way, a lot sooner than we thought it would be.
Even after writer-director Victor Salva’s trouble, the franchise’s fans are still excited about Jeepers Creepers 3 which is set in between the original and part 2, a direct sequel to the first film, and will follow a group of hunters looking to stop the creature.
Meg Foster, Gina Philips, Carrie Lazar, Michael Papajohn, Stan SHaw, Chester Rushing, Joyce Giraud, Brandon Smith, Gabrielle Haugh, Jordan Salloum, Ryan Moore, Me Wright, and Patrick Thomas Cragin star.
That’s not all. Not only will Jeepers Creepers 3 open in theaters on September 26th, the script four the fourth installment is already completed and will bring back Gina Phillips who starred in both the original and the third film.
The strange thing is, there has been little advertising about the film that is only a month away from release. An official synopsis has yet to be released and that’s odd for a film being released soon.
Salva’s history, the fact that he is a convicted child molester, may also cause a few problems, especially since his victim recently spoke out about his molestation for the first time. In fact, the movie had a problem finding somewhere to film due to his record.
