Award-winning British actor Alex Lawther (The Imitation Game) will star alongside Martin Freeman and Paul Whitehouse in Ghost Stories, based on the stage play by the same name. Andy Nynam, who starred in the original stage production will lead the cast. Nynam also co-wrote the play with Jeremy Dyson who is directing the film whose first image has just been released.
In the film, arch Sceptic professor Phillip Goodman embarks upon a terror filled quest, when he stumbles across a long lost file containing details of three cases of inexplicable hauntings.
Warp Films’ Claire Jones and Robin Gutch are producing. Altitude Film Sales will be handling worldwide sales. UK distribution will be handled by Lionsgate.
