After nearly 3 decades Lind Hamilton is returning to the Terminator franchise as the badass robot slaying heroine Sarah Conner. Franchise creator James Cameron recently announced her return at an event celebrating the franchise, according to THR.
Hamilton will return as Sarah Conner in the still-unnamed sixth film where she will reunite with her co-star from 25 years ago, Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Cameron will produce with Deadpool’s Tim Miller in the director’s chair. The film, confirmed last year, will be a direct sequel to Terminator 2: Judgement Day and will serve as part of a new trilogy. This go around Hamilton will be playing a supporting role. Cameron has already stated that he is looking for his lead, an 18-something-year-old woman.
