Fox’s new horror-comedy ‘Ghosted’ is doing something different, it’s going to premiere on Twitter ahead of its TV debut as part of a new partnership between Fox and Twitter, Variety reports.
Starring Adam Scott and Craig Robinson, the series, being described as a funny version of The X-Files, follows a cynical skeptic (Robinson) and a genius “true believer’ in the paranormal (Scott) who are recruited by the The Bureau Underground to look into the rampant unexplained activity in Los Angeles, all while uncovering a larger mystery that could threaten the existence of the human race.
‘Ghosted’ will premiere on Twitter on September 21st and stream every night at 9 p.m. ET through September 24th on the series’ Twitter account before making its TV debut on Fox on October 1st. Be sure to follow Fox on Twitter for updates and news on other programs that will be airing on Twitter.
‘Ghosted’ will be paying serious homage to our favorite classic horror films like Alien, Polterguest, and The Fly which is pretty awesome. Here’s a taste of what’s to come. You can find Fox’s fall line-up HERE.
