The first full trailer has arrived for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom and it is awesome!
This time around, they’re turning up the heat. The mission is more about saving dinosaurs. What could go wrong? A lot, judging by the trailer.
Set several years after Jurassic World, a dormant volcano has become active on Isla Nublar and threatens to wipe out the remaining dino population. Claire Dearing is determined not to let that happen.
Claire’s founded an organization, Dinosaur Protection Group,” explains actress Bryce Dallas Howard, “and they’re finding a way to get these dinosaurs off the island. She reaches out to Owen Grady to let him know this is happening.” Howard continues, “When you see them at the beginning of this story, you get caught up as to what’s going on, but it’s not what you would necessarily expect.”
Besides Howard and Pratt, Jeff Goldblum will reprise his role in Jurassic Park. B.D. Wong will also be returning to his role as Dr. Henry Wu. Daniel Stisen, Toby Jones, Ted Levine, James Cromwell, Geraldine Chaplin, and Rafe Spall co-star.
Directed by J.A. Bayona, and written by Colin Trevorrow and Derek Connolly, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom will open in theaters nationwide on June 22, 2018. Check out the trailer and the first look below.
