Last week, Bill Skarsgård (It) and Maika Monroe (It Follows) boarded Dan Berk and Robert Olsen’s dark comedy thriller Villians, set to begin principal photography in New York this week. Berk and Olsen will direct from their script, which made the 2016 Black List.
Today we report that Kyra Sedgwick (The Woodsmen) and “Burn Notice” actor Jeffery Donovan have also joined the cast.

In the film, after breaking into a suburban home, a pair of amateur criminals stumble upon a dark secret and two sadistic homeowners who will do anything to keep their secret from getting out.
Star Thrower’s Tim and Trevor White are producing along with Allan Mandelbaum and The Realm’s Garrick Dion. Aaron L. Gilbert and Jason Cloth are serving as executive producers.
