Many of our childhood days were filled with scary tales thanks to R.L. Stine‘s Goosebumps series. Hopefully, it’s something that we can share with the next generation.
Earlier this year Scholastic released three new books of the Goosebumps series, but there’s more to come. R.L. Stine announced during an interview with Medium that at least 6 new books are on there way.
I don’t think authors retire,” Stine told Medium when asked about retiring, “I think of Robert B. Parker, who just dropped dead on the keyboard. I think that’s the way to go. Anyway, I just signed on to do six more Goosebumps books.”
The Goosebumps movie franchise has added a sequel Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween, from Sony Pictures, which arrives in theaters on October 12, 2018. Jack Black is back, reprising his role as R.L. Stine.
