If there was an app that told you the exact moment when you’ll die would you look? That’s the premise behind STX Film’s Countdown.
“Once Upon a Time” actress Elizabeth Lail stars in the film directed by Justin Dec (I Am Number Four). Lail plays a young nurse who downloads an app that claims to predict exactly when a person is going to die. It tells her she only has three days to live. With time ticking away and a mysterious figure haunting her, she must find a way to save her life before time runs out.
Sean Anders, John Rickard, John Morris, and Zack Schiller are producing Countdown, Deadline reports.
