“Game of Thrones” actress Maisie Williams stars in co-writer-director Julius Berg‘s (The Forest) horror-thriller The Owners, coming to Blu-ray and DVD.
In The Owners, set in the 1990s, a group of friends thinks they have found the perfect easy score – an empty house with a safe full of cash. But when the elderly couple that lives there comes home early the tables are suddenly turned. As a deadly game of cat and mouse ensues the would-be thieves are left to fight to save themselves from a nightmare they could never have imagined.
Williams stars alongside Sylvester McCoy, Jake Curran, Ian Kenny, Andrew Ellis, and Rita Tushingham. Berg co-wrote the script with Matthieu Gompel. The film is based on the comic by Yves H. and artist Herrmann.
