Back in 2019, La Belle Games and ARTE France’s narrative adventure game The Wanderer: Frankenstein’s Creature was released on Switch and PC. Now, the game is finally coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One this March from Hidden Trap.
The game, which was originally point-and-click, has been revamped for the new release. That’s not all, the visuals have also been upgraded. Players will have a bird’s eye view of many different locations whose appearance is influenced by the mood and emotions of “The Creature” (angry, sad, etc..).
An adaptation of Mary Shelley’s classic tale of Frankenstein and the tale of Prometheus, The Wanderer puts players in the role of “The Creature”. The game begins in the middle of nowhere with the character a bit of a blank slate. The more time you spend in the game the more he will evolve, with each task completed and each decision made shaping “The Creature’s” mind and path.
