Today, I am excited to report that Paramount+ has not only announced the season three premiere date for one of my favorite series, the supernatural horror series “Evil,” they have also released the first teaser trailer, which teases that the darkness is beginning to take over.

Season three of “EVIL” begins “moments after the end of season two: when a newly ordained David and Kristen kiss. In season three, the two not only have to navigate this fraught new reality but contend with David’s involvement with “the entity,” an espionage unit within the Catholic church.  Meanwhile, Ben finds his brain breaking from their unsolved cases and turns to his sister for help.”

Returning cast includes Katja Herbers as Kristen Bouchard, Mike Colter as David Acosta, Aasif Mandvi as the tech wiz Ben Shakir, and Michael Emerson, who plays the oh so evil Leland Townsend, and Christine Lahti who plays Kristen’s mother Sheryl Luria.

Creators and showrunners are Robert and Michelle King who also executive produce along with Liz Glotzer, Rockne S. O’Bannon, and Nelson McCormick.

Tune in on June 12, 2022, for the season three premiere of “Evil“, exclusively streaming on Paramount+.
