October is nearly here and it’s the best time of the year for horror fans. Peacock has now unveiled its slate of spooky and scare movies, series, and episode for this spooky season!
Premieres:
Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey – October 1st
Directed by Rhys Frake-Waterfield, the new horror-filled take on the classic story finds “The days of adventures and merriment have come to an end, as Christopher Robin, now a young man, has left Winnie-The-Pooh and Piglet to fend for themselves. As time passes, feeling angry and abandoned, the two become feral. After getting a taste for blood, Winnie-The-Pooh and Piglet set off to find a new source of food. It’s not long before their bloody rampage begins.”
Chucky Season 3 – October 5th
Season three of “Chucky” is headed your way, and he’s back badder than ever. The first trailer is here, giving us a look at the chaos and bloodshed that awaits viewers this October as Chucky takes the White House this Halloween. And Chucky promises that it will be our “bloodiest yet!”
How did Chucky wind up here? What in God’s name does he want? And how can Jake, Devon, and Lexy possibly get to Chucky inside the world’s most secure house, all while balancing the pressures of romantic relationships and growing up? Meanwhile, Tiffany faces a looming crisis as the police close in on her for “Jennifer Tilly’s” murderous rampage last season.
John Carpenter’s Suburban Screams – October 13th
The new six-episode series will explore terrifying true tales of terror that took place in seemingly perfect American hometowns. Each episode will delve into the monstrous evil that lurks beneath the surface of friendly suburbia through the lens of one frightful tale. In addition to firsthand accounts, the episodes will include cinematic reenactments, personal archives, and historic town press coverage.
Five Nights at Freddy’s – October 27th
The film follows a troubled security guard as he begins working at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. While spending his first night on the job, he realizes the night shift at Freddy’s won’t be easy to make.
