Paranormal investigator Zak Bagans (“Ghost Adventures”) is diving into the world of horror. Begans has announced that he has launched own production company, Scarehouse Films. Bagans plans to kick off 2025 with three indie films, Deadline reports.
In addition to hosting the hit Discovery+ series “Ghost Adventures,” which premiered in 2008 and hosted over 330 episodes. Bagans has also created other paranormal series. That includes “Paranormal Challenge,” “Deadly Possessions,” and most recently, “Destinations of the Damned,” which takes viewers to the farthest corners of the globe to explore the world’s most haunted and most cursed locations.
Bagans wrote and directed the 2018 documentary Demon House after buying the infamous house plagued by supernatural activity. After filming was completed, he destroyed the house.
In 2017, he opened his museum in Las Vegas, filled with reportedly haunted objects. He teamed up with filmmaker Eli Roth for the series “The Haunted Museum,” which explores the histories of the items in his museum.
