Prepare for a heart-pounding thrill ride as Miles Teller (Top Gun: Maverick) and Anya Taylor-Joy (The Queen’s Gambit) join forces in the new movie The GorgeThis high-stakes film plunges viewers into a world where two operatives are humanity’s last defense against the “gates of hell.”

Teller and Taylor-Joy portray operatives stationed at opposing watchtowers overlooking a mysterious gorge. However, they soon uncover a terrifying truth. They are the only ones who can prevent a devastating threat from engulfing the world. This realization forces them to forge an alliance, putting aside any potential differences to confront the impending danger.

New clips have arrived ahead of its premiere. Titled “What’s the Mission,” the first clip shows Teller learn that his mission isn’t keeping things out but keeping things in.  In the second clip, “Drone Attack,” Teller and Taylor-Joy are hunted by drones fitted with serious firepower.

The Gorge promises a compelling narrative driven by the dynamic between its two leads. As they delve deeper into the nature of the threat, they must rely on every ounce of their physical and mental fortitude to overcome seemingly insurmountable odds. The film’s title, “The Gorge,” suggests a setting that is not only geographically imposing but also symbolic of the deep divide and potential for conflict that the protagonists must navigate.

The cast includes Sigourney Weaver (Alien), William Houston (Wednesday), Samantha Coughlan (Kingsman: The Dark Circle), and Julianna Kurokawa (The Witcher). Alessandro Garcia, Adam Scott-Rowley, Greta Hansen, and József Tálos round out the cast.

Behind the camera is Scott Derrickson, a director with a proven track record in crafting chilling cinematic experiences. Known for his work on films like SinisterThe Black Phone, its upcoming sequel, and Doctor Strange, Derrickson brings his expertise in building tension and creating atmospheric horror to The Gorge, written by Zach Dean.

The movie The Gorge will premiere exclusively on Apple TV+ on Valentine’s Day, February 14. So, order some takeout, snuggle up, and watch The Gorge with your Valentine.
