Get ready for some serious supernatural smackdowns! Acclaimed stunt coordinator Kensuke Sonomura (known for his work on the Resident Evil franchises) is unleashing his third film (following Bad City and Hydra) – the action-packed, genre-bending film Ghost Killer.

Ghost Killer delivers a wild premise: after being possessed by the ghost of a vengeful hitman, a seemingly ordinary female college student agrees to help him finish his quest for vengeance from beyond the grave. This unique blend of action and the supernatural snagged the Best Feature Film Bronze Award at the 2024 Saskatoon Fantastic Film Festival!

The film stars Akari Takaishi (Baby Assassins franchise), Mario Kuroba (Hard Days), and Masanori Mimoto (Baby Assassins).

The Story

When college student Fumika (Akari Takaishi) stumbles upon the very bullet that ended hitman Kudo’s (Masanori Mimoto) life, his vengeful spirit takes hold of her body. Now possessed by a ruthless assassin’s rage and incredible skills, she becomes an unstoppable force. She’s hunting down those responsible for his death. As the body count rises, the line between Fumika and Kudo begins to blur, leading to a furious tale of supernatural revenge from the action.
