Get ready for more mystery, magic, and mayhem! The highly anticipated Season 2 of Netflix’s “Wednesday” is almost here, and it looks like Wednesday Addams (played by the incredible Jenna Ortega) is on a mission to save her vibrant roommate, Enid (played by Emma Myers), from impending doom!

A Vision of Death

The new trailer for the season features a chilling moment: Wednesday’s face is streaked with black tears. Her mother, Morticia (played by Catherine Zeta-Jones), asks, “I know what those tears mean. What did you see?” Wednesday’s quiet reply sends shivers down the spine: “Enid dies and it’s all my fault.”

The scene then cuts to Wednesday’s horrifying vision: she’s standing in a graveyard next to a headstone that reads “In memory of Enid Sinclair.” To make matters worse, a ghostly Enid appears, wrapping her hands around Wednesday’s throat and shouting, “I died because of you!” In a voiceover that continues the trailer’s ominous tone, Wednesday states, “Secrets are the bedrock of the Addams family. The sooner I get answers, the sooner I can save Enid — or die trying.”

New Faces and a Doom Tour

The teaser also shows Wednesday’s return to the eccentric halls of Nevermore Academy as a hero. She’ll meet the school’s new leader, Principal Dort (played by Steve Buscemi), and face a gaggle of new fangirls obsessed with her, led by Agnes (Evie Templeton).

To celebrate the upcoming season, Netflix has launched a massive global press campaign called the “Doom Tour.” This tour will see the Wednesday cast and creators promoting Season 2 not only in the U.S. but also in England, Poland, Italy, France, Romania, Canada, South Korea, and Australia – spreading the gloom worldwide!
