Predator: Badlands is heading to theaters; however, it won’t be coming alone. You’ll have two ways to watch. Watch just Badlands. Or watch the double feature that includes Prey, arguably the best entry of the franchise since the original.

Ranked by HorrorFuel.com as the “Best Horror Film of 2022,” Prey (review) is an epic prequel to the Predator legacy that debuted on Hulu. Set in 1791. The film centers around Naru, a member of the Comanche nation. She is a fierce and highly skilled hunter who sets out to protect her people after discovering that the prey she is hunting is a highly evolved alien predator – leading to a brutal and bloody showdown.

This brilliant addition to the classic franchise stars a predominantly Native American cast. That includes Amber Midthunder (The Ice Road, “Roswell, New Mexico”), Stormee Kipp, Julian Black Antelope, Michelle Thrush, and Dakota Beavers.

Dan Trachtenberg the genius director who delivered Prey, is officially back at the helm for the newest entry in the saga: Predator: Badlands

Predator: Badlands takes us to a remote, hostile planet where we meet a young Yautja (that’s the Predator’s species) who is an outcast from his own clan. This young Hunter forms an improbable alliance with a human character named Thia, played by the phenomenal Elle FanningTheir shared mission? To hunt down the ultimate adversary: another Predator!
