The trailer for Netflix’s new James Wan-produced series “Archive 81” has arrived. The found-footage style series looks creepy AF, which is what we’ve come to expect from Wan.

Archive 81” is based on the popular podcast of the same name and centers on a man that has been hired to restore a collection of damaged videotapes made by a documentary filmmaker named Melody Pendras (Dina Shihabi) in 1994 that looks into a cult at the Visser apartment building. Dan finds himself becoming obsessed with uncovering what happened to Melody and becomes convinced he can save her from the terrifying end she met 25 years ago.

Archive 81” will premiere on Netflix on January 14, 2022.
