Mandy, hailed by Newsweek as a “fable from an alternate dimension,” is set to make its highly anticipated streaming premiere exclusively on Shudder later this month. Directed by Panos Cosmatos (Beyond the Black Rainbow) and produced by SpectreVision, XYZ Films, and Umedia, Mandy stars Oscar and Golden Globe-winner Nicolas Cage in a stunning performance that critics are celebrating as one of the best in his long and illustrious career—and which Entertainment Weekly raves is “insane (in all the right ways).” Cage stars as a man whose peaceful woodland existence with his wife is brutally shattered by a nightmarish religious cult and their demon-biker henchmen, propelling him into a spiraling, surreal rampage of vengeance. Andrea Riseborough (Birdman, Bloodline) and Linus Roache (Homeland, Batman Begins) also star. AMC’s streaming network for horror and thrillers, Shudder has acquired the exclusive streaming rights to Mandy in the U.S. from RLJ Entertainment and the Canadian rights from Elevation Pictures. The spirit identified itself as the “witch” of Kate Batts, a neighbor of the Bell’s, with whom John had experienced bad business dealings over some purchased slaves. The haunting involved spectral creatures, disembodied voices, unbelievable violence and even resulted in the death of John Bell — all at the hands of the infamous Bell Witch. Today, a log cabin and school stand on the property; and only one person has spent the night in the cabin without fleeing the Bell Witch. Joining the Wraith

The Second season of Netflix’s “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” is currently in production and is expected to premiere next year on the streaming giant. The good news is, we won’t have to wait until then for another taste of the series that has cast a spell on fans. Netflix is releasing a Sabrina holiday special next month. In the special, “The Church of Night, like all covens, celebrates the Winter Solstice—the longest night of the year—when families gather together around the Yule Fire to sing pagan carols, tell ghost stories and huddle against the supernatural creatures that come out to cause mischief. Since the Winter Solstice is when the veil between this world and the next is at its thinnest, it’s the perfect time to conduct a séance—which Sabrina convenes, to try and contact her mother. But the holidays are also a time for guests and visitors—both welcome and unwelcome—and you never know what might come down the chimney.” Titled

Alice (Madeline Brewer) makes her livin’ showing the goods on her softcore live-streaming channel, but things are getting stale and numbers are dropping so she does what one does and pulls macabre stunts (such as everyone’s favorite hoary ol’ chestnut; a fake suicide) and goes further and further with her sexual content. This definitely gets more eyes on her site, but it also brings an ever increasing amount of creeper clientele. To make matter worse, Alice wakes up one morning to discover she is locked out of her channel, yet a doppelganger is carrying on with her show! Soon it’s a journey into an existence spiraling out of control, and Alice just may not have what it takes to make it out alive! Right of the bat, Cam tickles your eerie eyeballs with an over abundance of slick style. Everything is neon light, snappy editing, and thumping techno, which definitely creates a ambiance that screams of the lurid sex-on-digital world

Netflix and Warner Brothers were hit with a $150 million dollar lawsuit over the appearance of the satanic deity Baphomet in their new series “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” and the ones filing the lawsuit (might surprise you) are The Satanic Temple, not to be confused with The Church of Satan. The Satanic Temple is a progressive and more politically involved movement that was formed in 2012. The reason for the upset is the focus of the show takes place around a school called The Academy of Unseen Arts in which a statue of Baphomet is seen. The Satanic Temple claims the show not only infringed on the copyright of the image of the goat-headed deity but also defamed it and misled audiences to its origin. In a complaint filed by the Temple (which can be read HERE) it’s mentioned “Prominent use of this symbol as the central focal point of the school associated with evil, cannibalism, and murder blurs and
