ABC is working on a new series inspired by the mysteries of the Bermuda Triangle. Titled “Triangle“, the series has added Edwin Hodge (The Purge, pictured) and Mallory Jansen (“Galavant”) to the cast that already includes The Texas Chainsaw Massacre actor Mike Vogel, Deadline reports. Hodge is set to play the role of Ulysses with Jansen starring as Grace.

In the series, “After being shipwrecked, the family discovers that the Bermuda Triangle is not a watery grave in the middle of the ocean, but in fact a land lost in time that has trapped travelers for all of human history. The family must band together with a group of like-minded inhabitants from throughout history to survive and find a way home.”

Triangle” hails from writers Jon Feldman (Designated Survivor) and Sonny Postiglione (Knightfall), who are also serving as executive producers along with Jen Gwartz, Feldman’s Random Hill partner.
