As if clowns weren’t creepy enough already, writer-director Warren Speed takes things a step further with Coulrophobia, headed your way this October. The film centers on a group of roller derby girls who go camping in the remote Scottish highlands, only to be abducted by a family of on-the-run circus performers who force them into a series of bizarre games – before events turn into an insane battle for survival for both sides. Pete Bennett, Daniella D’Ville, Roxy Bordeaux, Warren Speed, Chris M. T. Harrison, and Ana Udroiu star in the film whose title literally means “fear of clowns”. BAFTA music producer Graham Walker supervised the soundtrack composed by Gav Cantrell. Warren Speed produced. Rym Games is bringing a whole new level of terror to the Psychological Horror genre in gaming with “The Conjuring House” (no way related to the film series) that came out on September 25th. The developers wanted to take a different approach to tell the game’s story by not focusing so much on the violence and gore but having the players in a constant state of panic with the random unscripted encounters with the game’s antagonists. “The Conjuring House” will take players to a haunted house where from start to finish you’ll be in a constant state of panic as non-linear progression to the story will spell out unpredictable encounters with enemies while you look over your should constantly to avoid being discovered by the demonic entity of a woman with murderous intent! Chris Norton (Ryan Carnes) is a documentary filmmaker with a wild hair up his ass to disprove alien abductions. Ya see, his father Peter (Peter Stormare) claimed to have had such an experience, and the end result has made Chris a major douche to anyone who believes in such things. So off he goes to New Mexico, camera crew in tow, to be a thorn in the side of U.F.O. enthusiasts at a convention run by Bill Johnson (Don Stark)… and these folks have little patience for his ‘tude. This goes on until he meets Emily (Jordan Hinson); a pretty normal type o’ gal…except for the fact she claims she is abducted every seven years…and the time is almost nigh for another close encounter! When that event occurs will the truth be that aliens are taking rando folks and shoving stuff up their ass, or is it all a bunch of made up garbage as Chris believes…or is there a

Recently I wrote an article about the bundling of the two horror narrative games, “Layers of Fear” and “>Observer_”. The games’ developer Bloober Team gave me access to play both of their groundbreaking games for one epic review! Since this is a double review, I’m splitting the games up to avoid confusion and the last couple of paragraphs will be my final thoughts on both games. “Layers of Fear” is about a painter in the midst of the mental breakdown and his obsession over his latest art piece that he hopes will put him back on top. After you start looking at your latest work, that’s when the terror starts. As you explore the house, hallucinations begin to take over of paint drenched hallways, malformed specters, and artifacts that reflect your troubled past as you try to explore for answers only have your senses toyed with by the other side. There are times you have to do some problem solving

You may have heard of him or at least have seen his cheery black and tan face in the toy aisle at stores, Bendy. Some know who he is and others may not but soon many more will get to know this little guy as he’s coming to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 this October! Don’t let his smiling mug and the whimsical title of his game, “Bendy and the Ink Machine” fool you, the Disneyesque façade of this story is pure horror survival! This first-person episodic game has players taking on the role of retired film animator Henry who has returned to his former employer’s studio. After arriving Henry soon realizes that something is wrong with the studio as there’s no one around, ink is splattered everywhere and the characters from the animated films the studio is famed for are alive, some of which are hell-bent on killing. The fifth and final chapter of “Bendy and the Ink Machine”

On Christmas Eve, a girl fishes down a present from the top of an impossibly high pile of gifts with the help of her sleeping grandfather’s cane. upon opening the package she meets “Pappy” a talking doll that shows her strange visions. Soon the doll is out for blood (after a bit of a tickle sesh) and ol’ grandpa has to attempt to rescue his charge from that evil effigy; all while dealing with that doll’s devious deviltry and his own left-over trauma from the war. There’s also pie and doll fuckin’ involved… What can I say; Pappy’s World is one fever dream of a sinister short! With it’s absolutely balls-to-the-wall surreal aesthetic, nightmarish visions, PTSD trauma, doll hookers…and so much more, I can guarantee you have never, ever seen anything even remotely close to this one horror hounds! Director/Co-writer Matt Wisniewski (aided and abetted by Co-writer/Actor Fred Polone…who also plays Grandpa and Pappy) have created a rich bit of
