There is nothin’ yours cruelly enjoys more than sittin’ down to some previously unseen, S.O.V. horror… and that is precisely what I have here with Intervision’s release of The Plaga Zombie Trilogy, a series of Argentinian gut-munchers of the zero budget kind! Things kick of with 1997’s Plaga Zombie: Ex-med student Bill (Pablo Parés, who also co-directed the film) trims his bush one night oblivious to the fact that his roommate is abducted (and experimented on) by aliens. Feardemic has teamed up with Harvester Games to bring their latest dark tale to consoles, Burnhouse Lane. Originally meant to be the sequel to Harvester’s The Cat Lady before becoming its own stand-alone story that will make you smile, cry, and question everything. I want to thank Feardemic and Harvester Games for the chance to review the game that’s well-loved on STEAM. Burnhouse Lane follows Angie, a nurse who is still coping with the loss of her love while having to face her mortality with terminal cancer. Angie get’s assigned to help out an elderly man in the country but as soon as she takes the job, things get dark quickly as she finds herself in a dark and twisted world that she wishes to escape. Now onto the game itself. Burnhouse Lane‘s controls are very straightforward as the game is side-scrolling where at most you have to interact with objects and the scenery, it’s suggested to play the game

One Cut Of The Dead Remake ‘Final Cut’ Slashing Its Way Into Theaters

Odds are, if you are a zombie fan or a horror fan, you’ve seen 2017’s bonkers indie horror, One Cut of the Dead, by director Shin’ichirô Ueda. Let me refresh your memory. The film was shot in one long take and saw a film crew making a zombie movie be attacked by real zombies. The movie quickly earned cult status upon its US release. Oscar-winning writer-director Michel Hazanavicius‘ remake, Final Cut, will soon be heading to theaters. The remake, Final Cut, follows a director (Romain Duris, L’Auberge Espagnole) charged with making a live, single-take, low-budget zombie flick in which the cast and crew, one by one, actually turn into zombies. The film features hysterically unhinged performances from Oscar® nominee Bérénice Bejo (The Artist), Matilda Lutz (Revenge), and Finnegan Oldfield (Corsage). Final Cut, which screened at both Cannes and Tribecca, serves as a sly love letter to the art of filmmaking and a blood-soaked, hilarious genre farce with a meta-to-the-max premise.

Filmed in Denmark by writer-director Kenneth Lykkehus, Amygdala, is named after the part of the brain that processes emotions, especially fear, anger, and pleasure. It stars Emma Katrine Sjøberg and Pernille Svendsen and features a cameo by Kim Sønderholm, In the film, after an inadequately tested drug has been brought to the market, evidence emerges of a disastrous side-effect that makes people aggressive. Two teenage girls, home alone, unaware of the disaster, are trying to survive an intruder who only has one thought on his mind: To get into the house!
