Prepare to have your childhood memories turned to pulp. Roadside Attractions and Saban Films have officially snagged the North American rights to Buddy, the Sundance standout that left audiences questioning their sanity. The Devil’s in the Details (and the Ward): First Look at ‘The Terror’ Season 3
Dan Stevens—the man who transitioned from the posh drawing rooms of Downton Abbey to being the internet’s favorite horror darling—is back. In the first trailer for The Terror: Devil in Silver, he starts out looking like the world’s greatest stepdad. Naturally, because this is The Terror, that doesn’t last. By the end of the clip, he’s being dragged into a psychiatric hospital that makes a haunted house look like a day spa. The third installment of AMC’s acclaimed horror anthology is officially ready to ruin your mental health, making its debut on AMC+ and Shudder. The Stay From Hell In this six-episode descent into madness, Stevens plays Pepper, a working-class mover who finds himself “checked in” to New Hyde Psychiatric Hospital. According to the official synopsis, New Hyde is essentially a dumping ground for the people society would rather pretend don’t exist. Pepper’s to-do list for the season includes dodging patients who want him dead, avoiding doctors with “grim secrets”

An Interview with Primate’s Director of Photography, Stephen Murphy
At this point, everyone has heard the buzz surrounding the horror film Primate, now playing in theaters. When it comes to a movie or series, one of the most critical roles on set is the Director of Photography. The DP for Primate is none other than Stephen Murphy, and I had the honor of speaking with him not only about the film but also about his role as DP. Murphy, who also served as DP on the hit series “Atlanta,” discusses the challenges of lighting and weather, as well as how to make Ben, the chimp star of Primate, look more realistic. It’s a very fascinating job. If you think about how much the cinematography influences a scene, it will blow your mind. Watch the interview below. Primate, a creature feature directed by Johannes Roberts, sees a family become the target of their pet Chimp’s rage after it contracts rabies. The bloody, brutal film stars Johnny Sequoyah, Jess Alexander, Roy

An Interview with Death Row Confidential’s Ken Mains, Solving the Cold Cases of Killer Jospeh Naso
Are you a true crime fan? If the answer is “yes,” then we have something special to share with you. Oxygen’s “Death Row Confidential” is premiering this week, and it’s something like you’ve never seen before. “Death Row Confidential” delves into the unsolved cold cases of victims of serial killer Joseph Naso (aka The Alphabet Killer). He is a vicious killer who strangled his victims. The origin of his nickname, “The Alphabet Killer,” is that many of his victims had double initials, for example, names like Marilyn Monroe (MM). What makes the series stand out among other true crime stories is how the investigation began: a San Quentin Death Row inmate, William “Bill” Noguera, Naso’s cellmate, came forward with details of Naso’s confessions and contacted cold case detective Ken Mains. There’s something else that sets it apart. We get to watch from the very beginning as the cold cases are solved. But there’s more, you’ll witness interviews with those involved,

An Interview with Writer-Director Natasha Kermani About Her New Film The Dreadful
When it comes to female writers and directors, there just aren’t enough of them. It’s an important point of view and understanding. But there is one we need to talk about, Natasha Kermani. Kermani is a powerful voice. She’s behind the new horror thriller The Dreadful. Spoiler: It’s far from dreadful. Set deep in the heart of medieval England, the story follows Anne (Sophie Turner) and her mother-in-law, Morwen (Marcia Gay Harden). The two live a harsh, isolated life on the fringes of society, just trying to get by. Everything changes when a man from Anne’s past (Kit Harington) returns from the war. His arrival triggers a sinister curse that manifests through a mysterious, terrifying knight. Suddenly, their struggle for survival isn’t just about hunger and cold—it’s about a force that threatens to tear their world apart. The moment I saw the first poster and realized the film sees the reunion of Turner and Harrington, I was in. I am

The Filmmakers Behind ‘Dream Eater’ Talk Horror and Parasomnia in Our Interview
We see hundreds of horror films released every year, so when one that shares a fresh story with plenty of scares, I get excited. That’s the case with Dream Eater, which just landed on Digital. One thing (of many) that makes the film stand out is that it is truly a team effort. A trio of filmmakers wrote, directed, and starred in the movie: Jay Drakulic, Mallory Drumm, and Alex Lee Williams. I had the pleasure of interviewing them today. Not only are they incredible filmmakers, but they also seem like really great people who are passionate about the genre. So, Dream Eater follows documentary filmmaker Mallory (Mallory Drumm) and her boyfriend Alex (Alex Lee Williams) as they retreat to a remote cabin deep in the snowy mountains for a holiday. Mallory begins to document Alex’s severe and violent parasomnia (sleepwalking). As Alex’s condition quickly deteriorates, Mallory suspects the cause is something far more sinister than a mere sleep disorder.

When it comes to entertainment, there is one director’s name everyone should know: Brad Anderson. He’s the heavyweight behind movies like Session 9 and The Machinist. Anderson has directed series like “Peacemaker,” “The Man in the High Castle,” and the chilling, true story-inspired show “Devil in Ohio.” His latest film, Worldbreaker, is set to release this month. I had the pleasure of interviewing him about the action-packed film. In Worldbreaker, humanity didn’t just fall; it was ripped apart. A race of vicious monsters known as “The Breakers” has decimated the population. These aren’t just mindless beasts—they infect and twist their victims into something unrecognizable. The film reveals that the men were the first to fall to the infection that the monsters spread. Now, the survival of the species is in women’s hands. The matriarchy has risen, and they are armed to the teeth. Worldbreaker centers on Willa (Billie Boullet), a young woman caught between two powerful parents: a warrior mother
