M. Night Shyamalan Reveals True Crime That Inspired ‘Trap’
M. Night Shyamalan‘s latest movie, Trap, is now playing in theaters. But there’s something interesting you should know about it. The movie was partially based on an incredible true story. The film follows Cooper (Josh Hartnett), a seemingly devoted father who harbors a dark secret. Cooper is a notorious serial killer known as “The Butcher.” In a shocking twist, what’s supposed to be a father-daughter bonding experience at a pop concert turns into a deadly trap. In an interview with Empire Magazine, Shyamalan described the film as “Silence of the Lambs meets a Taylor Swift concert.” While the set-up sounds like pure cinematic fantasy, Trap draws inspiration from a real-life sting operation—”Operation Flagship,” one of the most successful maneuvers in history by the U.S. Marshals Service. In December 1985, the U.S. Marshals Service devised a cunning plan to apprehend a large number of fugitives. The Marshals sent out over 3,000 invitations, disguised as being from a sports channel called Flagship

Game Review: ‘Plastomorphosis’
It’s been a while since I’ve done a game review no fault of my own, just not many horror games being released at the moment, but I don’t think I needed to be punished for it! Plastomorphosis by Vidygames and Samustai Limited was supposed to be a callback to retro survival horror games, but all it did was give me a headache, literally. Plastomorphosis follows an unnamed character who is trying to return to their home city after they were evacuated from it due to dark energy radiation, at least that’s what I think is happening, the game is not quite clear on this. that’s one of the issues I’m having with the game but before I continue with the negatives let’s get some of the positives out of the way. The game has options when it comes to controls, you can have either modern controls OR classic tank controls. The soundtrack is pretty good as it reminds me of

Iconic Character’s Cameo in ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ Breaks Two World Records
I headed to the theater this past Saturday to watch Deadpool & Wolverine. As I sat laughing, I got a huge surprise I was not expecting: I saw Wesley Snipes walk on screen as his iconic character Blade (pictured). You could hear the audience gasping and breaking out in cheers for the daywalker. Snipe’s appearance in the movie shattered two Guinness World Records for the star. One was for the longest live-action Marvel character, previously held by his fellow co-star Hugh Jackman, who has long played Wolverine. Snipes also broke the record for the largest gap in character appearances, appearing 25 years and 240 days after the first Blade movie debuted in 1998. Two sequels followed: Blade II in 2002 and Blade: Trinity in 2004, which also starred Deadpool’s Ryan Reynolds (pictured). As Snipes reclaims the spotlight as Blade, Marvel’s planned reboot starring Mahershala Ali continues languishing in development hell with multiple delays. The latest update came in June, revealing
