Game Review: ‘Back 4 Blood’

Turtle Rock Studios is made up of the same folks who made the legendary FPS zombie kill fests Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2 so when it was revealed that they were making Back 4 Blood you bet your ass I was excited as I played the hell out of the L4D games! So when I got the chance to review this game I was excited… then things went sour (more on that in a few). Unfortunately, things did not get better but I still want to thank Turtle Rock and Warner Bro Games for the opportunity for this review. Back 4 Blood follows a group of survivors known as Cleaners who venture out as a sort of kill squad that goes after the Ridden, people infected by parasitic worms that turn them into zombie-like creatures, with some mutating into monsters. New Trailer For ‘Back 4 Blood’ And Release Date For ‘Dying Light 2 Stay Human’

Warner Bros. Games and Turtle Rock Studio have released a new trailer for their upcoming fps zombie shooter Back 4 Blood that focuses on the narrative behind the game’s main plot and showcases “Mom” the leader of the band of human survivors who are facing the Devil Worm infestation that transformed most of humanity into zombie-like creatures. Speaking of Zombies… Techland released a statement today about the release of the sequel to the popular fps/parkour zombie game Dying Light. Unfortunately, fans of the first game who are looking forward to the release of Dying Light 2 Stay Human will have to wait a bit longer as the release has been pushed back to February 4, 2022, so the devs can playtest the game to make sure it will be perfect at launch. Check Out The New ‘Back 4 Blood’ PC Trailer

Warner Bro. Games and Turtle Rock Studio released a new trailer for Back 4 Blood showcasing the game running on PC. Along with the new trailer comes further information for PC users. PC Players will experience 4K resolution, uncapped framerate, NVIDIA DLSS (Deep Learning Super Sampling), ultrawide and multi-monitor support, cross-play, and various other graphics and visual quality options. Back 4 Blood will be available for PC via the Microsoft Store, Steam, and Epic Games Store on Oct. 12. Back 4 Blood is an upcoming first-person shooter where players can play with friends or AI teammates to fend off hoards of zombie-like creatures known as the Ridden. Back 4 Blood will be available for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One Consoles, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC on Oct. 12, 2021. The Hype Is Real! ‘Back 4 Blood’ Extended E3 Trailer

Warner Bros. Games and Turtle Rock Studios blew up E3 with the extended trailer for the FPS co-op Back 4 Blood showcasing the story, what horrors await players, and a sneak peek at the PVP “Swarm” mode where players are pitted against one another as they are switched from being humans OR zombies. Also announced today during the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase, Back 4 Blood will be coming to Xbox Game Pass at launch on Oct. 12 via Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One Consoles, as well as Windows 10 PC. Check Out The New ‘Back 4 Blood’ Gameplay Trailer!

Warner Bro. Games and Turtle Rock Studios released the gameplay trailer for Back 4 Blood at the Summer Game fest Kickoff Live! digital event. Along with the trailer reveal came information about the game’s beta registration. Back 4 Blood Open Beta will begin with an Early Access portion from Aug. 5-9 for those who pre-order the game. Players can also register at Back4Blood.com/Beta for a chance to get into the Early Access portion. The Open Beta will continue from Aug. 12-16 and be available for all players. Both Open Beta portions will be playable on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC, including cross-play and cross-gen support. Games and Turtle Rock Studios released a new trailer for their upcoming FPS zombie shooter Back 4 Blood where players team up with friends or AI’s to battle hoards of zombie-like creatures that have taken over the world. The new “Meet the Cleaners” trailer showcases the characters players will be able to play as in the game along with their backstories. Along with the characters, the trailer also showcases some of the Ridden (zombies) variants players will encounter in the game like the Breakers, Ogres, Snitchers, Hags, and more. ‘Back 4 Blood’ A New Zombie FPS From Turtle Rock Studios

At the Game Awards, Warner Bros. Games and Turtle Rock Studios showed off the trailer for their upcoming zombie first-person shooter, Back 4 Blood. Turtle Rock Studios is the critically acclaimed development team behind the legendary “Left 4 Dead” game franchise. In Back 4 Blood, the world has been overrun with infected called the Ridden, people turned into zombie-like creatures caused by being infected by the parasitic Devil Worm. A group of survivors, known as the Cleaners, are taking the fight to the Ridden in order to reclaim the world. Back 4 Blood is a co-op game where you and three others make up a squad of 4, but just like in the L4D games, you can play solo with AI teammates. Players can also pit their team against another team of four in an online PVP (player versus player) multiplayer.
