A New Dinosaur Is Coming To JURASSIC WORLD 2

Jurassic World 2 is now filming in London. Later filming will follow in Hawaii. Producer Frank Marshall reported via Twitter that the filming has now reached the half way mark. With the announcement, he included a new behind-the-scenes photo from the set (below). At first it simply looks like producers chairs in the image, but if you pay close attention to the background you will see what appears to be at least one new dino that will appear in Jurassic World 2. As for what kind of dinosaur is in the image, the people over at the fan site Jurassic Outpost speculate that is could be a Metriacanthosaurus, one of the species listed on the embryo storage container in Jurassic Park. If you zoom in you will also see a reflection on the glass in the bottom left corner and it appears to be a T-Rex. We reported earlier this month that the original T-Rex, named Rexy by fans, will

I’m talking about a character larger than life, the Tyrannosaurus Rex aka “Rexy”. Let’s face it, she’s a huge star. And she will be returning for Jurassic World 2 to go head to head with a genetically created beast. After being asked about Rexy by a fan, producer Colin Trevorrow confirmed that she will be back. This time taking her orders from director J.A. Bayona. Trevorrow penned the script for part two with his writing partner Derek Connolly. In Jurassic World 2, the adventures at the Jurassic World resort and theme park continue as the government has trained dinosaurs to carry weapons and use them for battle purposes. Will humanity ever learn not to mess with nature? It’s unlikely, and when it comes to movies, I hope not. The Jurassic Park franchise is a great example of how playing god can get you into trouble. It’s been a year since the we reported that J.A. Bayona would be in the director’s chair for Jurassic World 2. And while we have revealed several pieces of information, but so far there have been little information about the plot, until now. While Universal has not announced anything we did track down a small summary on the site Production Weekly. They are reporting the following synopsis: The adventures at the Jurassic World resort and theme park continue as the government has trained dinosaurs to carry weapons and use them for battle purposes. In the previous film training the dinos for war was brought up, so it’s not that surprising. Weaponizing and altering genetics also proved to be a very bad idea in

Jurassic World 2 Will Be Ruled By Practical Effects

We’ve all seen a film where the CGI went overboard, making the movie look cheap. It’s a shame that practical effects are not used like they once were. They add a since of something real, something tangible. J.A. Bayona recently told The Hollywood Reporter that ‘Jurassic World 2 ‘will use as many animatronics as possible. It’s complicated because the audience now is so used to seeing CGI that they’re sometimes reluctant towards animatronics. But at the same time, I think animatronics bring soul and reality to it. We’re trying to find the balance between animatronics in order to cheat the audience so they don’t know what they’re seeing.” The animatronic dinosaurs is ‘Jurassic Park’ were incredible. They were groundbreaking. They did cause a few issues on the set though. In the scene where the T-Rex comes down on the children in the SUV, almost crushing them, that was real. The dino was so heavy that he fell over on the

Jurassic Park 2 Both A Sequel To Jurassic World And Jurassic Park

Two years ago the ‘Jurassic Park’ franchise returned in a big way with ‘Jurassic World’, from director Colin Trevorrow. Now, the sequel is underway, this time with J.A. Bayona in the director’s chair. Will the new film be a sequel to ‘Jurassic World’ or ‘Jurassic Park’? Bayona answered that question yesterday. During an interview with CinemaBlend.com about his upcoming film ‘A Monster Calls’, Bayona stated that ‘Jurassic World 2’ will be both. That’s a good question! I think somehow it’s both. It’s a very good question, and what we are doing is a sequel to Jurassic World, but it’s definitely the fifth chapter of a longer saga. It’s very interesting. It’s always tricky, but you need to find a balance in what people expect to find, and the new stuff you’re bringing to the story. And I think the story is looking for a connection between Jurassic World and Jurassic Park – more than Jurassic World did.” Cinema Blend went
