Movie Review: The Phenomenon (2020)

You know those ol’ U.F.O. docs from the sinister ’70s that would present fanciful tales of encounters with arcane aliens and the far-out craft they piloted all served up with info from questionable “experts”. The girls planned on killing and dismembering 15-25 students, drink their blood and possibly eat their flesh. The girls planned to hide in one of the restrooms of the school to ambush younger classmates they believe they could overpower. A tip to faculty resulted in the police arriving and finding the girls in the restroom. Upon searching the duo, police recovered three knives, a pair of scissors, and a pizza cutter. Authorities found text messages between the youths discussing their plans and even a handwritten note saying “go to kill in bathroom”. Upon questioning, the girls (according to police) answered questions “matter of factly”. The overall goal of the girls was to kill as many students as possible to earn enough sins
