One of my favorite genre franchises revolves around Chucky, star of the Child’s Play films and Bride of Chucky which was followed by Seed of Chucky and Curse of Chucky. Now, the little red-headed possessed doll is back in Cult of Chucky. When we first met Chucky back in 1988, he stalked Andy, a young boy. Andy was played by none other than Alex Vincent, who also starred in Child’s Play 2 and 3. Vincent made his return to the franchise in Curse of Chucky and co-stars in the upcoming sequel Cult of Chucky. We got the chance to ask him a few questions about the franchise and more. Horror Fuel: “What was it like to be a child actor on the set of Child’s Play?” Vincent: “Working on the child’s play films as a child was a lot of fun! I got to leave school for a few months and go to LA to work on a film with

Chucky is back and ready to slice and dice the patients of a mental institution in Cult of Chucky. The sequel, which we first reported back in 2014, wrapped filming in February. The first full trailer is here and it looks killer. The movie picks up four years after the events of Curse of Chucky. Creator-writer-director Don Mancini has promised that Cult of Chucky will be the bloodiest and goriest film of the entire franchise. In the film, Nica, played by Fiona Dourif, has been confined to a asylum for the criminally insane and is erroneously convinced that she, not Chucky (Brad Dourif), murdered her entire family. But when her psychiatrist introduces a new therapeutic “tool” to facilitate his patients’ group sessions — an all-too-familiar “Good Guy” doll with an innocently smiling face — a string of grisly

We first reported writer-director Don Mancini’s sequel ‘Cult of Chucky‘ back in January. It has since become one of the most highly-anticipated genre films of the year. News has come this morning via actor Alex Vincent’s Facebook page that the movie has officially wrapped filming in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Yesterday, Vincent made the following statement on Facebook about the franchise and filming: Brad Dourif will return as the long time voice of the possessed doll. Dourif will be joined by his daughter Fiona, who starred in ‘Curse of Chucky’. And what would a Chucky movie be without Jennifer Tilly? Thankfully, she will be reprising her role as Tiffany. Alex Vincent, “Andy” from the original ‘Child’s Play’ film, will be co-starring in ‘Cult of Chucky’ which is set in an asylum. Dourif, Vincent, and Tilly Synopsis: Confined to an asylum for the criminally insane for the past four years, Nica Pierce (Fiona Dourif) is erroneously convinced that she, not Chucky, murdered
