THQ Nordic again came through and gave me the opportunity to give the remastered version of a past hit of EA’s, Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning a try. The original RPG fantasy came out in 2012 and was praised highly by critics but today, I’ll be checking out THQ’s Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning! In this game, you play as a hero who started off dead but because of an experiment, was brought back to life! You awaken to a world that’s at war pitting mortals and immortals against one another and because your fate has yet been decided, you’re caught up in the middle of it. Now onto the game itself! When it comes to controls they’re easy to get a hold of and the tutorial helps a lot in the beginning and the manual on the main menu is a lifesaver. THQ Nordic has announced the release date of their upcoming action role-playing game, Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning, the remake of Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning. The original game came out in 2012 and followed the story where players can play as one of four playable races with three classes to choose from each with 22 abilities. Players take on the role of a mortal that was brought into the world of immortals that’s at war. In Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning, fans of the original will see improved graphics, combat systems, and all original DLC content from the original game included! With 100’s of hours of gameplay alone, in the year 2021, a new DLC will be coming called “Fatsworn”. Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning will be coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC September 20, 2020, and is currently available for pre-ordering. Collectors Edition
