Wet Your Appetite With The First Images From Miles Doleac’s ‘The Dinner Party’

Writer-director Miles Doleac (Demons, Hallowed Ground) comes his latest film, The Dinner Party, “a wickedly delish slice of horror that’s part Guto Parente’s The Cannibal Club, part Mother, and all scares!” In the film, currently filming in Hattiesburg, MS, the film centers on a ” budding playwright and his wife attend a dinner party hosted by wealthy, cultural elites, who have promised to bankroll the writer’s latest play to Broadway, but, in fact, have darker designs in mind for the couple.” The Dinner Party stars Bill Sage, Lindsay Anne Williams, Jeremy London, Mike Mayhall, Alli Hart, Ritchie Montgomery, and Doleac, best known for his roles on TV’s “Banshee” and “American Horror Story”. Uncork’d Entertainment Will Unleash ‘Demons’ This October

Co-starring Wishmaster’s Andrew Divoff, and Smallville alum John Schneider, Demons tells of a celebrated fiction writer and former priest who, along with his wife, are tormented by the ghost of her late sister, as the details of her grisly death are slowly uncovered. Written by Doleac, whose previous film, the small-town murder mystery The Hollow, was released in theaters late last year, Demons is described as a “psychological thriller that marries elements of The Exorcist, The Shining and The Big Chill.” Initially, my decision to write a horror script was predicated on necessity: I had a synopsis for an “exorcism” script that Lindsay (my wife) and I had worked up together. Star-writer-director Doleac stated, “A major distributor had expressed interest. Said distributor wanted to see
