Another Lead Actor Leaving ‘The Walking Dead’

“The Walking Dead” is losing another of their longtime leads. Several months ago it was announced that the lead actor Andrew Lincoln (Rick), was exiting the show, but sticking around for upcoming spin-off movies. Now Rick’s love interest, Michonne, played by Danai Gurira, is about to say goodbye as well. We won’t be saying goodbye just yet though. THR is reporting that Gurira will return for several episodes of season 10. After that, well, let’s just hope she’ll make an appearance in one of the “The Walking Dead’s” movies. As soon as a premiere date is announced for season 10 we’ll let you know. We expect a date to be announced soon for the first movie. In the meantime, enjoy the rest of this season.

Who’s Next To Go On ‘The Walking Dead’?

With the lackluster departure of Carl, the main focus of AMC’s top-rated show The Walking Dead, fans are now worried about if their favorites are even safe anymore! All that Chandler Riggs was doing was going to college and the writers lamely killed him off slamming the door in Riggs’ face preventing him from returning to the show. Well, now it seems two more favorites are going next. It’s been said before that contract negotiations are not going well with Lauren Cohan (Maggie) that’s leaving her future in the series in limbo. The biggest shocker of who may be leaving next is Danai Gurira who plays the sword-wielding Michonne. Forbs has reported or have made a convincing argument, that Gurira may end up leaving The Walking Dead soon. The reason why she’ll end up leaving will inevitably be because she’ll want to move on to other work as the offers for spots in movies will be rolling in now after

Danai Gurira Gives Insight Into Michonne’s State Of Mind

When we first introduced to Michonne she was tough, and a bit cold. Over the past few seasons we have seen her let down her guard and form a loving relationship with her group, especially with Rick, Carl and Judith. Last season we witnessed Michonne and Rick share a heated moment and began a real relationship. That still continues but Negan’s arrival has brought tension into their affair. While Rick seems to have submitted to Negan’s rule, Michonne has no interest in being Negan’s servant and that is causing the two love birds problems that are only going to escalate. It’s a bit hard to judge what is going on in Michonne’s head. She is not a talker and has one hell of a poker face. According to Danai Gurira who plays the Katakana wielding, walker killing, badass, Michonne and Rick have grown apart. She’s at a place where she knows they need to prepare for dealing with [Negan] and

We Need To Talk About The Events In Episode 4 (S7) of The Walking Dead

WARNING SPOILERS! Sunday’s episode of ‘The Walking Dead’ (Episode 4 “Service”) was filled with highs and lows, well mostly lows. A lot happened during the episode. so, let’s get started. Negan and the Saviors arrived in Alexandria and quickly went to work taking every gun, mattress and just being dicks in general. Two guns were missing, so of course Negan had to threaten to kill someone, in this case it was Olivia, who is in charge of keeping an account of every gun. Luckily, Rick found them hidden in Spencer’s house. Negan and his gang made it clear to folks in Alexandria that if anyone makes one step out of line and someone will die. While Rick is giving Negan a tour of Alexandria they hear a gun shot. It turned out to be Carl. He was trying to keep one of the Saviors from taking all of the medicine. Carl told Negan that he said “half” and half was
