Cloverfield 3 Release Delayed, New Date Announced

The third film in the Cloverfield franchise, with the working title of God Particle, was originally set to arrive on February 2nd, news has now come that Paramount has delayed the release by several months. In the film, after a physics experiment with a large hadron accelerator causes the Earth to seemingly vanish completely, the terrified crew of an orbiting American space station is left floating in the middle of now-even-more-empty space. It’s an incredibly exciting and innovative process of storytelling. It’s incredibly surprising.” In the ‘God Particle’ a team of astronauts make a shocking discovery and end up fighting for survival in what is being described as an “altered reality”. The ‘Men in Black’ Are Back For Another Sequel

It’s been three years since Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones put on those black suits and fought aliens. Producers Walker Parkes and Laurie MacDonald confirmed to THR that a new film is in the works, but that neither Will Smith or Tommy Lee Jones will be involved in the sequel. Seriously? Jones and Smith are what made those movies great. I should mention that there won’t be just one new ‘Men in Black’ film, there will be three. Right now the film is in early preproduction. ‘Men in Black 4″ is being penned by ’22 Jumps Street’ writer Oren Uziel and Lowell Cunningham, who wrote the three original ‘Men in Black’ movies. Cunningham’s involvement in the part 4 makes me have a little more hopeful. The big question is, can the movies make it without Smith and Jones ?
