Rob Zombie’s latest movie 31 has just finished filming and already has another project lined up. Zombie is listed as a writer for the upcoming ‘The Hills Have Eyes: The Beginning’ as well as an actor in it.
The new ‘Hills Have Eyes’ movie is just entering the pre-production phase and is said to be an animated film, based on the graphic novel series by writers Jimmy Palmiotti and Justin Gray and artists John Higgins and Dennis Calero and is distributed by Fox Atomic Comics.
The movie will go back to the very beginning and follow the evolution of the family from normal to the killer, cannibal, mutated monsters they have become.
The well known ‘The Hills Have Eyes’ movie franchise presently includes ‘The Hills Have Eyes’ (1977), ‘The Hills Have Eyes 2’ (1984), ‘The Hills Have Eyes’ (2006) and ‘The Hills Have Eyes 2’ (2007), as well as two documentaries and a couple of other films loosely tied to the series .
