The writing-directing due of Veronika Franz and Severin Fiala are behind the creepy new horror film ‘Goodnight Mommy’. Lukas Schwarz stars as the mother of two nine year old twin boys. The boys question if their mother is actually their mother after she returns from having massive plastic surgery and begins acting very strangely. I imagine ‘Goodnight Mommy’ is going to be a seriously creepy film, the trailer alone is enough to give you nightmares.
‘Goodnight Mommy’ opens in theaters on September 11, after premiering at both the Toronto International Film Festival and the Venice Film Festival.
