Family and friends of the murdered women are still hunting for answers, but the police have yet to catch the killer, who lured prostitutes to their deaths through the internet and left a string of dead bodies along the beaches of Long Island. A police officer and his dog found the skeletal remains of a woman in the burlap sack on the beach on December 10, 2010 while out on a training exorcise. The body is labeled as the first victim of The Long Island Serial Killer.  The police believe the still free serial killer actually began killing in 1996 and has taken the lives of ten to fifteen men and women.
