Earlier this year American Horror Story Fans were saddened to learn that Jessica Lange would not be returning to the show for this up coming season ‘Hotel’. Lange had informed the show’s fans at the end of last season (Freak Show) that the season would be her last, but it seems she’s had a change of heart. Lange will be checking into the American Horror Story Hotel.

Lange has won many awards for her roles throughout AHS’s multiple seasons, including a Golden Globe and two Emmy Awards. Ryan Murphy let it slip during an interview with Entertainment Weekly a while back that he had been talking with Lange about her return.

“I’ve been talking to her. It’s always possible. I’m trying to deal with her play schedule. Jessica is always about the character. She’ll be back – she’s not gone forever. But that’s the fun and fresh thing about the show: sometimes somebody has to go away before you realize how much you miss them. She wants to come back we just have to come up with something.”
