The Sally Corporation revealed “The Walking Dead: Battle for Survival’, a potential theme park attraction at the International Association of Amusements Parks and Attractions convention, in hopes of finding an interested party. According to the convention the ride would be “…mixed media ride featuring familiar settings and characters from the TV show using a combination of live animations and effects with projections.”
Studios like Universal are capitalizing on the popularity of shows and movies and building theme parks, like the new ‘The Hunger Games’ park being built in Georgia, and who can blame them? Studios would have to be crazy not to jump on ‘The Walking Dead’ band-wagon, with it being one of the highest ranking shows on TV.
