Russian director Tikhon Kornev’s upcoming film, Diggers, follows a group who are on a mission to find their friends after they disappear, along with all the passengers of a missing subway train that vanished into the tunnel systems beneath Moscow. The disappearance of the train and its passengers is being covered up by authorities for some unknown reason. During their search they discover a mysterious bunker, and find themselves being stalked by a killer. Now, not only must they try to save their friends, they must also fight to save themselves.
Diggers stars Roman Evdokimov, Anna Vasilyeva Alena Savastova, Vladimir Kuznetsov, Andrey Levin, Maria Schekaturova and Eugene Koryakovsky Dean.
The U.S. release date for the film has not been announced at this time.
